- u can kill them by doing or by killing them
The performance started with reading of the texts
of Jonas Mekas, Kenneth Anger and Allen Ginsberg. Although these
texts r almost 40 years old, its not only me, who still is ifluenced
by their revolutionary understanding of the art and how it can
be used.
Afterwards i explained the narrative formula of
the performance (pictures 1, 2).
Sentences i used in the formula ( and then during
the performance) are partly lyrics of known popsongs, words
from movies and partly own. My intention was to connect the
meanings of the sentences with the meanings of the texts from
the reading :
Kill all dreams - opposite -
Kill all dreams
Follow everything, i lost myself
Everything in its right place - - Are

Personal Jesus
Next to the formula i placed the lyrics of Depeche
Mode`s Personal Jesus and Davami(It Gives Me) by Slovak hiphop
band Kontrafakt, in combination. These both songs i used to
accompany the short films, which i used as a projection during
the performance.
One of the ideas during preparing the performance
was also to make an experimental film, who will connect performance,
projection, text, film in one unit (experimenting with the space
in space). Unfortunatelly, this step wasnt released untill now.
The performance was presented on April 28th in
Vienna. The images were also shown at the Art Festival in Maribor
in May 2004.
